The French giant Suez has pursued control of local water and sewer systems around the globe. Now a Stop Suez campaign has been launched.

On May 13, 2005 representatives from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, the Philippines and Uruguay, whose citizens are struggling against the exploitative policies of Suez, presented a declaration of grievances from civil society groups at the Suez shareholders meeting in Paris.
